About This Project

The Montefiore Health System is an integrated care delivery network with six hospitals, an extended care facility, cutting-edge primary and specialty care provided at more than 150 locations across the Bronx, New York region. This flyer was designed for the Montefiore House Call Program Caring for the Caregiver event.
