Upon witnessing the decrepit conditions of recreational areas in low-income communities in New York City, including baseball fields in the South Bronx, Heal Home was inspired to start a movement to restore and develop these parks and facilities.
They have took it upon themselves to revive unkempt parks and facilities for the children of today, as well as future generations, in the low-income communities of New York City.
